mhw photo shoot at cougar. did bout 3 miles to warm up then it was 3hrs of running 20 feet at a time, changing outfits, running 20ft, repeat at various speeds (mostly fast).
everything felt fine but i could tell the hip needs more time. any more extended running and it would have probably hurt.
