hip still hurts from yesterdays run. feels like i tore my glute muscle right behind the bone. so not good. ellen is going to work on it tomorrow.
what sucks is i'm not sure i should be riding either (i'll do active recovery type of commuter riding today). i might see how it feels today as i'm really anxious to train after the last couple of low volume weeks. my energy levels are back and i'm ready to train hard. sux.
i'm going to research "eating competitions" today. i have a knack for it ya know... "don't slow down joey!".
