drove out the tongue river road to the end where the aid station is and ran backwards on the trail. soo amazingly beautiful out there. i love the bighorn mountains. from trail head ran up the trail i think they call lower sheep. felt good.

Strength Training (abs) 7:32 [4]

finally did some abs but it's so close to race day i only did my favorite ATWs for 30.

some good poses.

my glutes are tight from the walking lunges yesterday! need to do those more often i guess because i didn't do enough to think i'd be tight from it. 16hrs of driving in the last 2 days could have something to do with it too.
