did 4 sets (forgot to increase jump rope)
1. Skip rope 60x
2. Do 12 walking lunges forward, then turn around and lunge back to the starting position.
3. Skip rope 60x
4. Do as many pushups as you can (to failure) 30 (not to failure), 25, 26, 20
5. Skip rope 60x
6. Do 30 air squats
didn't seem to bother hip - i was hungry so i only did 4 sets.
