super easy ride on merit's cruiser bike from her house to the coffee shop. going to take a stab at getting my life back in order now.

ride from coffe shop to swimming pool with marit. beautiful day out. she had to ride the cruiser bike with the bags because my legs were not ready for the massive hill we had to climb.

hit the pool with the triathlete and did a great 10x 100 meter laps with rest in between. i was super tired before i started so 15 min was i had in me.

felt great to be swimming. good no impact movement and got my heart rate going. very nice outdoor pool too. great time. finished with some yoga after on the grass while marit finished up her "real" workout.
