quads are sore as expected but body feels good. back is a bit sore too likely from the supermans. energy good too. foot doesn't seem to hurt any worse from the run yesterday.
the 2009 race calendar has me very very excited to train again.

errand ride. second half with very heavy backpack.

tried to get an easy ride in before it was too dark. hit sugar house and was mostly singletrack. rode the singletrack loop and the road loop. the singletrack died and i went on looking for it so didn't get the mileage. the road loop was 1.38 miles around.
