rode glenwild in park city with dj. awesome day. 2nd mtn bike ride of 2009.. our last chance to get the bikes dialed for the 143 mile kokopelli trail - we start on tuesday!

a bit sore in the upper hamstrings from squat jumps in ski conditioning class.

15hr drive with DJ from Seattle to SLC. he's a champ for driving most of the way. cars suck.

late flight turned our ambitious mt si or mailbox peak hike/run into a pretty chill cougar mtn run w/ headlamps. good fun though.
