Swim 1:00:00 [3] 2.5 km (24:00 / km)

Felt quite good for the first half. Second half I could feel the lack of regular swimming.

Bike 54:00 [3] 32.0 km (35.6 kph) +200m

Was supposed to rain but as the weather looked OK took the TT bike out for a spin. Still needs a few more adjustments in terms of position but almost there. Out and back on airport way.

Bike 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (10.0 kph) +250m

Still nice in the late afternoon so went for a ride at macpherson with Vikki and Courtney. Swapped the bar on my Epic for a wider one (640 to 740). Bike feels way better on the descents. I don't know why it took so long for wide bars to become popular (though to be fair I was skeptical for a long time).

Run 43:00 [2] 7.5 km (5:44 / km)
shoes: NB 1080 Red

Well a week break seems to make my leg feel better. We'll see how it feels on the weekend I guess. Actually felt kind of normal running… Feeling like I need a goal to focus my training around though. Haven't really had one for a year now (Trans Alps) and am missing the lack of structure lately.

Bike (Road) 1:45:00 [3] 40.0 km (22.9 kph) +1000m

Up the parkway with Brook. Nice to be back on my own bike though it kind of felt confusing too. Early melt again this season as we made it beyond Bridge Creek. One snow patch there that would require walking but not big. Looking at last season I think the melt may even be a few days earlier? Resurfacing has made the ride down so much nicer.

Bike 2:15:00 [3] 26.5 km (11.8 kph) +900m

Big loop at MacPherson getting a track for the weekend race I am organizing. Russ came along to keep me company. Stopped a few times to catch up with people and he slowed a bit towards the middle so didn't manage to do the whole thing but got 2/3rds done. Felt way better riding today - both up and down. Mountain biking is so much fun:)
