Running warm up/down 27:31 [3]

Warm up and down before and after intervals. Felt ok, still a bit sore from squash playing.

Running intervals 16:00 [5]

4 x (3 min on, 30 sec off, 1 min on, 2 min off)

Working on running fast on the flats now. Felt ok, but need to do more real speed I think... Plus more hurdles!!! Breathing wasn't quite so bad today, so that's good. Pollen leaving?
