Long run similar to last weeks, with double Oaks Bottom. Saw the newish orienteer who put on the Mt. Tabor Zero-O last fall running with his father-in-law. Less drizzly than last week, fine to run in a t-shirt plus gloves!

Lunchrun! Stacey, John, Chris, Ueli and Jordan + dogger. Drizzly but warm. Chatted bunches with Ueli and Stacey, will so miss Stacey not being part of the group, she's a-moving to Lewis & Clark as of end next week. =(

5 - 9 - 7 mile at tempo-ish squished into the middle of the day. Some at the track, some in the neighborhood. Need to figure out how ideal gas viscosity works before tomorrow!
