CSUN body fat test. forgot speedo so had to wear board shorts, which might throw off accuracy slightly. Gained just under 10lbs of muscle since early Sept. (just over 1lb muscle gain per week) but gained 7lbs of GRISTLE. Drinking the raw whole milk (half gallon per day for a while) and beer in sept/Oct influenced those #s. Going to try to gain 20 lbs of muscle and lose 20lbs of fat now. Eating clean/off the beer again, but more time to train now that the "insane season" is finally over at work. Fun project.
