body feeling fresher than expected, still. same high fish oil/high BCAA yesterday and last night. just over 200g total pro yesterday, but more BCAA in that 200. Working. Perfect morning, low 60s, cool evening made for perfect sleep. Didn't wake up for bathroom once...? Not sure when that happened last. Must say, I have really been enjoying this "off season".

Achilles feeling much better lately. I can massage it now with much less pain. Looking forward to running again but going to hold off until it feels 100%.
