ZERO soreness or tightness today. I'm sure tomorrow will be a different story. Going to do some extra rolling and lax ball action tonight preventively and for maintenance. Need to stick with the regular mobility work so I can move better.

Update 3pm: getting tight and sore. HAHAHAHAHAHA MWOOOHAHAHAH!
