shoes: Keen Ridgeline

Run with Steve from Moondyne caravan park around some trails(fire breaks), and a little trot on the racecourse.
Nice hilly run and a good workout for the ankles with some unstable tracks.
Perfect weather for running. Plenty of fence and gate jumping with Steve getting a small shock from the electric fence surrounding the racecourse.

Lunchtime run around lake in Kingsley.
Felt very sluggish for the 1st km but settled into a good rhythm after that.
