Every time I do this I tell myself I must do it more often.
Very very tight... although I swear some of the moves on the video are CGI, it's just not possible to move the body into those positions.
Followed by 10 mins of foam roller torture.

Run 47:54 [3] 8.03 km (5:58 / km)

Started off as a nice easy run along the coast path from Quinns to Mindarie and back.
All went well, feeling good and comfortably plodding along until after about 6 km I passed a family getting onto their bikes. A young boy tried to race me and I clipped my right heel on his training wheel then I stumbled like a drunk grandpa for about 5m before falling over.
I got back up and started walking while the father apologized to me and yelled at his son and the boys younger sister burst into tears.
After a few minutes I started running again but soon noticed a few niggling pains that weren't there before. My right groin and calf were a bit sore so I slowed down to a shuffle with a couple of walks for the last couple of km back to the car.
Time for some ice now but I think they are just minor strains.
