Just plodding along today, it's taper time.

Easy effort run on the South side of Hester Ave.
I walked a couple of hills when my HR got above 80%, otherwise kept it close to 75% which felt very comfortable.

From Hester ave South on the Neerabup trail, then a loop of the hilly part of Joondalup before coming back on the trail.
I kept the effort pretty easy today, slowing on the hills and walking a couple of times.
I wanted to run far enough to give some hammer gels a trial as they will have some at the aid stations for the WTF and if I don't have to carry all my gels it will help. I didn't throw up so they passed the test.
Some light showers during the run & it started coming down heavy just as I finished.
Legs felt pretty good today.
