Day one of Virginias three day run that I started her on started north of Eugenia Falls covered approx 40 km were out there for 6 hours with 1/2 hour of pictures from her camera guy and more stops during the 5.5 hours of actual running to deal with blister she got fairly early
I had to leave to get back to kids in Gtown so she continued on strong
Great day some good climbs and technical running
