Trail Running 30:00 [2]

Tried a trail run after doing the splits last weekend on skates skiis at horseshoe
Felt my knee twinge hard at time but pushed through retreat weekend and after run today right knee very sore and won't bend as well as clicking noise
Off to physio not good for my laveredo training! Ugh
