After having a rough night fighting sort of stomach bug or food poisoning I somehow convinced myself to get out of bed and go for a ride. Popped a bunch of Imodium, brought some emergency TP and headed out hoping to get in a century ride. Bad idea. Was fine for the first hour then it went downhill quick while I turned around to head back from Georgetown. The last hour/ride back was pure misery getting back home fighting off puking and other things. F#cking tuna sashimi.
