Finally the elusive sub-2 BSMT. This one hurt; near race-like pace for much of it. Around RBG I complained about the pace and heat but I had hopes ... maybe Super and I could hold about this pace, this could be our chance for glory. We didn't speak about "it" until Waterdown, of course with our suffering chatting was minimal.

Not much desire to do that again, time to bring the LSD back into BSMT; unless Super is keen to get his buckle, in which case I think I'll taper going into it.

Afterwards more peaches and freezies while recovering on the front lawn under a tree. Glorious summer please don't go!

Soggy ride through the crappy weather, misty, rainy, kinda cold. Jaunt over to Dundas, hit the rail-trail up SS/Weirs Lane to Christie Lake CA to check out the new trails there. Lots of twisty stuff with burms, most of it pretty easy and flat but very nice trail building. Hopefully they can string together more over the years. Back via Heritage/Old Guelph/York.
