Running 4 hours at Mt.Malminkartano with various group.
Didn't felt 100% in condition and had some problems with stomach while previous evening was bit of not feeling so well. Decided to anyway as the temp was near normal in the morning, 35,8c. Average HR was 10bpm higher than last week in 100% similar training.
