Family life has made it hard to get any training in, so forced myself on the treadmill for a late one. With a longer run planned tomorrow I decided to go easier but play around with incline, HR, and form tonight. Warmed up at an incline of 12 for 10 minutes, then backed it down to 8, set the pace at 6.5km/h and tried different forms. Neat results.

~150-152 bpm jogging
~148-150 bpm jogging when focussing on good form (soft forefoot landing, chest forward, lean from ankles)
~142-146 bpm fast walking

I will have to get some more time speed walking on the treadmill at incline to see if this is consistent.
