Regular road run. Was supposed to be a shorter test run with the new shoes and bottle belt, but things felt pretty good so I kept going. No sign of ITBS, although right calf sore from the previous run.

Ride out at the Ganny with simpy, Brian and Larry. Fairly pedestrian pace, much due to downed trees, hike-a-biking, and pulling branches out of our wheels/drivetrain.

Regular road run. Knee flared up in the middle, but was fine by the time I got back home.

My first trial run attempting to use pose/chi to see if I could improve on my form, and it actually seemed to work alright. Did my usual road run, and finished up with what felt like lots in the tank and with an OK time (for me). Still a bit of ITBS, so will be interesting to see how my next few runs are.
