As a treat we hit some singletrack tonight. Felt like it has been soooo long since doing so. Promised myself once UNE is over that I will spend some more time on the trails.

Finished off the night with a short paddle on Lake Scugog to practice our lessons from MJ and 1L. Felt like it went pretty well, although Simpy did catch me cheating on my right stroke every once and a while. Never realized that it is a man-made lake, and that it was soooo shallow even across the middle. Lots of weed soup to paddle through.
