With Sarah buried with work, I volunteered to take the kids off her hands for the whole day so she could work...forcing me to have to pass on the Kelso O-cup. Completely bummed, but had to get something in so did a late night treadmill. Blargggh.

Rouge Valley run with Simpy. Between the two of us, we were a bit of a mess. Bonking, stomach issues, and lack of prep. We also had a time deadline tonight to ensure we could do a package pick-up in downtown TO post-run, so it was a shorter training session than usual. Still was a fun run, followed up by a drive-by at Mucho Burrito and Starbucks on our way into TO. Easily took in twice the calories we burned off.
