THEN:
4x1min KBS 25#, 1min rest.

work up to 165# DL
5 rounds of: 2x DL, 40m sled push 150#, rest.

5 rounds of: 150m ski hard, then 2x15# OH hold while partner skis.

w Brett. i requested the sled. i think it is one of the most helpful things for me - simulates hard uphill hike, plus w straight arms and low hold is great core focus. also cool that my work set weight for DL (165#) was my PR when i first started at PD. progress!
