Bike commute with the Bulletdog. Dark, cold and wet when we set out.

Run with Bash and the beasts. A nice cool day for a family run- we all appreciate the temperatures, rather than fighting smog and heat. Bash's taken her running up a notch from last year.

Workout #2. Also did more stretching than usual. It's the time of year for more gym workouts and stretching, and giving the legs a bit more of a break before ski season.

Thumbs-of-death managed to find one scrawny little muscle or tendon in my medial leg that's excruciatingly painful and needs work, and I didn't even know I had it. Maybe something recumbent-specific for climbing, left over from the Canadian RTN Champs.
