Cycling 1:09:00 intensity: (30:00 @3) + (39:00 @4) 19.0 km (16.5 kph)

Early AM lap around the 24 hr Albion course.
Already 27c and humid by 7:30 AM. I could definitely feel my knee from the weekend.

Course is pretty flat- all the bigger climbs are out.
Should be good for single speeds- I certainly didn't need my little ring.
Trails are bone dry and in great shape, but sandy bits may get loose if it doesn't rain a bit.

Meniscus a bit sore, even before I started riding.
