Even worse sleep- ribs were sore.
Bash, Carbon and I hiked up Mt Rundle the long way from the West.
Easy gentle ascent for the first part, then open rock and scree for the last third or so. Nice day, spectacular views and a decent workout on the way up which didn't hurt too badly. I was too sore to jog a single step on the way down (or up) but it was totally worthwhile.
