Nice ski around Palgrave East with Bash, and another loop of Palgrave West after.

Bash is off helping Goose today, so I drove both dogs to work.
First driving commute in weeks, and it was hard to miss a chance to test cold weather ski gear at -24.

No pigeon pose pushups, which hurt my lower back last time.

I suppose I should really start running training for Boston, but the ski conditions are just too perfect.

Out doing some snowshoe-O coaching with the Caledon Navigators on the Glen Haffy thomass course. Some enthusiastic new members.

Partial workout #1. Only 2 sets of each, and skipped tri extn.

Since I was daft enough to forget my skate ski boots and missed the ski, I did some time on the erg. It tends to bother my elbows a little, so I tend not to do it much during ski season.
