Swimming 5:00 [3]

Short swim in Georgian Bay. Would have been longer but the dogs actually needed coaxing. Too busy at Princeton Shores to throw sticks.

We came back later with our canoe, but it was packed and we turned around.
8 AM

Running 1:52:33 [3] 13.72 km (8:12 / km) +405m 7:09 / km

Run with Tarno and Milla at Pretty River. I ran well out front because Covid.
So great to be out. Not quite as unfit and sluggish as I feared.

Cycling 1:56:46 [3] 18.12 km (9.3 kph) +204m

Out with Bash to 3 stages from the NW, then back through Castle Glen past the lake out nearly to the base of Scenic Caves.
Great area for bikesploring.
We were looking at a house that backs on to all this, but it got scooped. But we’re ok with it.

Paddlng 1:08:00 [3]

Collingwood harbour with Tarno and Milla in our canoe, while Bash and I used kayaks. A bit surfy outside the barriers. Great to get out on a steaming day.

Hiking 1:20:00 [1]

Hiking Pretty River with Tarno, Bash, Adventuredog and Koko. Shady, with
lots of swims for the pooches, but too hot for the big guy.

Good pics on Bash’s log.
9 AM

Running 1:07:07 [3] 7.49 km (8:58 / km)

Cycling 30:00 [3]

Took the dogs for a cool morning ride.
Also tested out the older recumbent, as the carbon one’s kaput until I do some composite repair.
It handles differently but is more comfy and rides well.
4 PM

Paddlng 1:01:03 [3] 6.27 km (6.2 kph) +4m

Surf ski on Georgian Bay with Bash. We headed West from Long Point road to Craigleith.

Cycling 40:00 [3]

Long day, home late.

Note

Heard a loud crack on a small bump on doubletrack on my way home.
Looks like I cracked the frame near the rear shock.
I can fix it, but will need a decent chunk of time to lay up new carbon.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Commute. Perfect day- wish I had more time.
Rode the new loop on the Pandemic Promenade - it’s rideable but tricky.

Sunday Jun 28, 2020 #

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]

Albion on a perfect morning. Pretty quiet too.
Great ride, other than some eroded uphill hairpins in the NE where I actually can’t ride the roots cleanly any more.
