Gusty winds so stayed at THQ.
Full workout 2 with rehab and core. Also hauled, mauled and sledgehammered a load of wood. Forgot what a workout that is!

Hike/jog with both dogs, looking into a poison ivy season bypass at the North end of Palgrave CA.

Saw-and-shovel trail work to make a summit option on the Covid Crusher, and clean up some lines.
Also did 1 load of lumberjack work, and cleared some trail on my commute.

Easy ride up the rail trail with Bash, Goose and Coach LD for coffee at Classique. Good to catch up.
