Hill intervals

.25 @ 4 mph warmup
.25 @ 6 mph warmup
.25 @ 6 mph @ 12% yowser

then alternating 4 mph @ 1% and 6 mph @ 12% until about 2.5 miles, at which point it was too much and I walked the 12% at 4 mph

Garmin has the full heart rate profile but AP doesn't like the file after it lost the satellites.

12% running @ 6 mph was roughly 170-175 bpm; walking it was around 150. Recoveries at about 110 bpm.
