Had laptop, and rain was intermittent, didn't chance biking.

still feeling a bit fatigued. not sure if it's lack of sleep, big race, both, etc.

Just an easy half hour to ramp back into training. Did a few squats and pushups afterwards.

I'm not sure what my next focus race is. The Quest is so short at 4 hrs, so it seems like a train-through rather than peak. Perhaps the December Chill?
