Grimm #1. I sort of liked it. Not the best show ever, but it's fun enough and you get to play "where have I seen them?" since there were people from Prison Break, Caprica & Monk.

I see the hotel has a fitness center, so I should be able to do something on Saturday.

Too frakking lazy to get up. Tried to keep it moving during the brief time permitted. This weekend will be the greater challenge for exercise, since I will be in Fort Wayne. Maybe the hotel will have something.

I should really dig out the heart rate monitor. I don't think I'm getting into a good zone - it's super easy to just fall back to coasting speed on the rower or the bike.
