Focus on getting it better first before running again. It will get better but won't if it doesn't get the rest. Does the bike affect it?
It's amazing- biking seems to help. Mind you, I can't stand on my pedals which may be a good thing. My biking fitness is good right now.
I just don't want to try the Mountain Marathon with zero running under my belt, but it's looking that way. After a few day's rest the SOB feels fine until I run again.
