Yoga 50:00 [2]

smb yoga class, focused too much on breathing, not enough posing for me.. and the teach was preaching about belief in a higher power - bah.

Strength Training (quads bis) 10:00 [3]

worked right leg to get it back to symetric, but did both as well. 5 sets of bis for fun before yoga.

discovery run, two loops then some piecing together to get my 8 miles.
