the plan was two 6:00/miles w/800 jogs. suunto footpod is setup perfect for mountain running but on flats it reads high so i came in over on both even though the watch was telling me i was running 5:45 - 5:50.

ran to the track. then started to run around outter greenlake loop on way back but figured i'd just go home. i want to run a lot! but i have to take it easy. i am still healing, i need to do key workouts and let my body heal in between.
