great class. had low energy all day but found some for this one. hammered. i am generally happy when my average is in the 140s.

did the "around the world 20". 20 reps this time, first was 15. good and hard. by the end my bicycles sucks and i can feel my right hernia. this happened both times. need to ease back into ab workouts, but this one is great! i love it.

ran through my standard poses after spin and the ab workout. needed just a lil bit of yoga since i'm so busy lately i can't get to classes.

1.5 hour nap today.

i was tired today from yesterdays training and general lack of sleep. spent the morning in the nuun office, came home and took nap. then worked more and headed to spin. i have to shed the guilt of a nap. every training book i've read has suggested napping when your training volume is high. so i have to get over it.
