after a wamr up easy 20 mins at 300 & 1200 a great hill climb / flat speed interval set two times. then road back to sugar house and did the loop pretty hard but with all the watch stopping at lights i didn't get the split. then did 2x 30 secs all out on the way home.
i'm not sure if it's the fast, or the rest, or what - but i felt f'in great during this workout. i haven't felt this good in a long long time.
