Cycling (road) 17:26 [2] 4.4 mi (3:58 / mi) +164ft 3:50 / mi

rode to whole foods and back twice for date night dinner ingredients.

Cycling intervals (road) 1:08:00 [3] 21.0 mi (3:14 / mi) +719ft 3:08 / mi

after a wamr up easy 20 mins at 300 & 1200 a great hill climb / flat speed interval set two times. then road back to sugar house and did the loop pretty hard but with all the watch stopping at lights i didn't get the split. then did 2x 30 secs all out on the way home.

i'm not sure if it's the fast, or the rest, or what - but i felt f'in great during this workout. i haven't felt this good in a long long time.
