easy run to the greenlake track and back. abs felt fine, hips and knees a little achey still.

rode to smb, met kimberly and did a nice magnolia loop. pretty cold this morning at the start. great ride, beautiful sunny and crisp.

i felt totally fine. no ab issues. however by the end i needed to eat.

my heart rate spikes now on the same hills that used to barely get a response.

intended to ride easy while teaching spin class. i was feeling good and on the bike for about 38 minutes riding pretty hard with the class... until i felt a twing. played it safe, felt fine but road easy for the remainder of class. feel fine now.

didn't take any ibuprofen today. felt pretty good unless i arch back and stretch the abs. which dr said was good, but it hurts.

my heart rate was in the 170s at for a little while. crazy how fast you lose fitness. it's been over a month now i guess of basically no training.

anyone know where i can swim for free?

MY FIRST RUN!

i ran to greenlake and back super easy. felt good. right hip kinda ached, both knees kinda ached but my abs felt great. it slowly begins today! i'm stoked.

questimate on time - super easy riding here and there during spin class and a bit after as well. i feel like i can ride my bike easy now. i'll ride a bit more during my spin class tomorrow. then friday is my 2 week post op and i'm hitting the road!!

got 8hrs of sleep. 20 min nap at like 4pm too.

saw the dr for my follow up today. everything looks good. i can ride a stationary bike light. no "getting out of the saddle" yet. on friday i'll be two weeks post operation so then i can start to ramp up my training intensities.

my knee and hip ache.. man my body isn't liking all this time off. it's strange how it's reacting, but i know this time off is good for me.

walked to pcc and back at like 9pm.
