Morning run in Sydney from hotel down to the harbour. Great morning with spectacular views, must bring the phone next time and take some photos! After fighting off Deb's cold for weeks I think I might be finally succumbing...just in time for WA and the nationals:-(

First early morning run of the year. Was quite cool too. Easy run down to the bridge ar Marshall's Creek and back via the southern end of Rocky Hill. Garmin back in the land of the living.

Roadies at Flowerdale Lagoon. Decided to have a bit of a crack today and went out hard and tried to maintain a faster pace the whole way and am pretty happy with the result. Garmin went crazy so timing off the finish clock today and distance from Briohny's log from 2 weeks ago.

Lap of the Lake after work in cooler conditions. Started with Deb who is still struggling with a chest cold - can't shake it after several weeks - so she was going fairly conservatively. I picked it up a bit and held a good pace for most of the run. Felt pretty good.

Drove over to Willan's Hill for a change of scenery and ran parts of the Roadies course: plenty of hills but enjoyed it.
