calves still very sore from last sunday!!!

walking is ok, finally, but very sore to the touch and very tight.

315x1 easy
325x1 slower so stopped there. felt fine, just cautious this mo.

few power cleans at 95, 135-135-135 throughout.
wrist is FINE! at least with light weight. huge breakthrough.
maybe broke up scar tissue or something. first time able to power clean without wrist pain since before first bad hand/wrist injury may 2013.
