There were plans for today. Then my body betrayed me and I spent the morning with horrendous cramps, a bit of vomiting then generally wiped out on the sofa for most of the rest of the day. Managed a little jog in the evening more for the fresh air than anything.

Steady out and back club run at Mugdock. Plan was to run out for 30-35 mins then run back and try and finish on the hour, so we weren't so late for curry. Did pretty well at timing
