Good trail run with client

Participated in cancer relay for life night walk ...ran it with friend 100 metre circle many many times
Very moving event. candles lit all over area for cancer survivors. mr Gally walked and socialized

Not sure on time exactly intensity felt like a 4 near the end
Hockley loop with Dee who was strong as ever although we both felt the heat at end
Felt better than last time out here beautiful day and as usual great to hang with Dee! Note to self don't wear back pack with no shirt I still have not learned this over the years!!!

Great run with Bent out to kelso from St Helena on 25th side road
Bent did an extra 11 km warm up while I taught a class.

Started at St Helena and followed Bruce and side blue trails over to 5th line them only real blip of day when I got a little confused and thought we should Bushwhack to get back on track
Found our way to apple by line them hill repeats at kelso then Bruce trail back to St Helena

Bent gave me some tips on pulling my arms in and working on form which made a big difference then my usual swinging arms in front will need to work on this! Thanks Bent great day with great company!
