Winter Series at Huntington, Brown, 3.1 km. Good outing, no falls or leg issues, just tired as expected. No complaints.

Back home after a really good visit with Mike and Vivian. Lots of walking, but I felt no need to do anything vigorous. Had done enough of that over the weekend.

A bit of excitement on plane ride home. Gail has the story on her log (she was sitting right next to the guy, while I had her for a bit of a buffer). And my anxiety level? Keeping it under pretty good control. :-)

On the bike path behind Whole Foods. Got out before it started getting wet.

GAOC event, day 2, BrownX, 4.1 km. Another fine day. I was feeling really tired after yesterday, and probably dehydrated. But I drank a couple of bottles of water before going out and maybe that helped, Because I actually had some energy. So I think I ran more than yesterday.

And a good vibe at the event, again. So how can you not have a good time? Unless, I suppose, if you compare splits with everyone and keep finding places where you could have done better. Trying not to worry about that. :-)
