This is a good example about how not to run.
Too fast for E/L, too slow/with too low HR for threshold pace.
As all co-workers bale out because of the weather, I went for threshold pace 5-7k run... Felt very sleepy after 8 hours of office stuff and kind of forget what I was actually doing while running, so it was just pointless running. Oh well... stupid...

Interesting - I don't even try to understand this.
