Aitoo Trail Half Marathon.

Hot day, good trails and about 130 participants.
First race pace run after ankle injury and broken rib.

Felt bit nervous because running haven't felt good after injuries and I haven't been able to run as I had planning / hoping.

Decent performance thou I felt that I wasn't actually going anywhere.
Felt that I can increase avg/hr in the future as I was feeling strong on the last hills.

I was running without socks with Sense and feeling to surface was really, really good. Lacing was bit too loose but gave no complications.
