Running 1:27:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks True Grit Red

SMT with Bash. Balogna, Trav and Trix.
Dumping rain but still a great run. K2 from sea level and tempo from the Trav tree, but could't quite keep up to T&T on either.

Orienteering 1:30:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon FellCross

After a nice break at Domestique for sustenance Bash and I headed out in the rain and mud to hang flags for Peak 2 peak. Found most of the ribbons fine, but on one I went at it from 3 different directions before making an executive decision to put the SI where I thought it should be- only to find the %#] ribbon on the opposite side of the same tree.
Bobbled on another but found the ribbon had blown off.

Don't wear your new tights or jacket- lots of burs and thorns.

Strength 5:00 [3]

100 push-ups. Left shoulder is a bit sore, since doing these with the pack.

Cycling (Commute) 50:00 [2]

Dark and foggy ride in, brilliant sunshine and 20 for the ride home. Had to swim the Bazingadog to cool him for the run.

Strength (Core) 20:00 [2]

Hard Core class.

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Mostly went fine, but my knee started to hurt in some poses, and I had to modify or sit some out. Also can still feel my calf stabilizers in balance poses from the ultras.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Foothab, kneehab, 100 push-ups (Shoulders a bit sore from the 100 with extra weight yesterday) , workout #2 + 2 sets of 9 pull-ups.

Running (Commute) 55:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Drizzly run to work, and back in the dark in heavy fog.
BZdog was excellent, even when we ran right into a deer in the fog.

Running 25:00 [2]

Dark, foggy, rainy and muddy run in. No forest push-ups face down in the mud. I know, I'm a princess.
I did get that effortless running feeling back a bit, and the knee was only sore for the first few minutes.

Running (Commute+) 35:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Crossmax Green

Less rain for the run home, so we took some of the new singletrack. I also got 100 push-ups in, wearing my big work pack.

Cycling (Commute) 1:00:00 [2]

Easy ride in with Bazingadog, with a few stops for 45-35-45 push-ups and some forest pull-ups.

Cycling 25:00 [1]

Easy recovery ride with the hounds. I hardly have to pedal up the hills with the mighty Bazingadog towing me after his sister.

Also got in 100 push-ups between sets of raking leaves.

Knee feeling better.
