Strength 5:00 [3]

20+30+20+30 push-ups.
11 AM

Running 1:49:52 [3] 15.75 km (6:59 / km) +254m 6:27 / km

Nice run from the Dingle through Glen Haffy with Bazingadog. He was a good running mate on leash, except when we saw 2 deer bound away and he hopped 2M in the air trying to see them.

Still a few knee and hip flexor issues, but a pretty decent run with much in the 4-5 min/km range , despite many dog-related stops and some very slippery leaf-covered footing.

Portage 10:00 [3]

Time to move a garage-full of boats to where they hang in the shed, and to extract the ww canoe for Sunday's BF50.

Strength 1:10:00 [2]

Workout 1 + kb and full foot/ kneehab.
10-20-45-30 push-ups and 7-6-5 pull-ups. Why aren't these getting the slightest bit easier?

Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: La Sportiva Crosslite 2.0

Out running the hounds- got in just before the rain started.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

I've wanted to see if I could jam a 650 B rearwheel into my 'bent. Wanted to try it on a day with tricky conditions, and today was perfect. Crash has a 650b and it fit into my bike perfectly without any adjustments at all. I rode the Palgrave singletrack with it and pretty much cleaned everything, probably better than I would have with my regular wheel. I wondered if it would be worse on tight turns, but apparently not when it's the same wheelbase. The fat tire and bigger wheel roll over logs nicely.

Damn, now I have to see if I can source one of these on eBay, or get a new rim, spokes and tire. Crash's wheel is a touch lighter than mine too, with identical tubeless tire setup.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Foot/kneehab, 20-45-45 push-ups , Link workout + some core, 10+8 pull-ups.
